At PostureZen, we don’t just offer therapies—we share a proven path to healing because I’ve walked it myself.
Years ago, I faced a moment that changed everything. A spinal injury left me in relentless pain, robbing me of the freedom to move, to live, to simply be myself. The stiffness, the frustration, the feeling of being trapped in my own body—it was overwhelming. I longed for relief, but every step toward healing felt like an uphill battle.
Doctors gave me limited options. Medications dulled the pain but didn’t heal the cause. Surgery loomed as a last resort, but something inside me refused to accept that my body was beyond repair. I believed there had to be another way—a way to regain my strength, my flexibility, and my life.
The Search for Healing
So I searched. I studied. I experimented. I became my own “test subject”, diving deep into the world of healing, movement, and holistic therapy. Step by step, I rebuilt my body—not with quick fixes, but with knowledge, patience, and persistence.
What started as a personal journey soon became a mission. I trained under experts, practiced, and earned certifications in massage therapy, osteopathy, chiropractic care, reflexology, cupping therapy, Reiki, acupressure, and posture correction. Every technique I use today has been tested on the most important patient—myself.
